FUNNER, CA – Harrah’s Resort Southern California has announced the opening of two new dining concepts: Corner Counter and Best of Cluck. Both fast-casual outlets will serve quality, quick-service items, and with their additions, will bring Harrah’s Resort Southern California’s total number of restaurants to 11, following the recent openings of Hell’s Kitchen and Salt & Fin.

“Starting 2024 with two new additions to the Funner family has been an excellent kick-off to the year,” said Jill Barrett, Vice President and General Manager. “We are elated to offer guests two new dining experiences, which only adds to our rolodex of unique concepts here at Harrah’s Resort Southern California.”

Corner Counter is a fresh take on classic Italian dishes and will offer pizzas, salads, and sandwiches, in addition to unique, Italian-inspired dessert options with multiple flavors of gelato and sorbetto to choose from, on top of a tiramisu parfait. Corner Counter will be open 24-hours, 7-days a week.

Best of Cluck is a specialty fried chicken restaurant offering items such as fried chicken strips and sandwiches, along with sides of mac ‘n cheese, avocado ranch slaw, and seasoned waffle fries. Best of Cluck will be open Wednesday and Thursday, 11:00am to 11:00pm; Friday and Saturday, 11:00am to Midnight; and Sunday, 11:00am to 11:00pm.

“The Rincon Tribe is excited to expand our current dining offerings and provide guests with even more options to choose from,” said Chairman Bo Mazzetti of the Rincon Tribe. “Each update to the property is intended to enhance the guest experience and maintain the standard of service that Funner is proud to uphold.”
