MURPHY, NC – Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River has opened its casino floor addition, representing a significant milestone in a $275 million expansion project. Spanning 25,000 sq. ft., the extended casino floor features a curated selection of gaming options. Players can now try their luck at one of the 300 new slot machines or eight additional table games.
Further enhancing its gaming lineup, the expansion also introduces the highly requested World Series of Poker – Poker Room. With a lavish design and upscale ambience, poker enthusiasts and casual players alike can enjoy a range of cash games with favorites like Three Card Poker and Texas Hold’em. The poker room is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:00am to 2:00am and Friday and Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00am.
Additionally, guests can enjoy Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River’s new 22-seat casino bar located on the expanded floor. Offering nine of the latest bar-top video games, eight beer taps, bar seating and lounge seating, the casino bar is open daily from 9:00am to 2:00am.
