Graton Resort Hiring 300 as Part of Expansion

Graton Resort and Casino

ROHNERT PARK, CA – Graton Resort & Casino plans to hire more than 300 additional employees as part of its ongoing expansion in Sonoma County. The hiring would position the resort as the largest private employer in California’s North Bay region.

Since January, more than 500 new employees have joined Graton Resort & Casino. The resort is recruiting for positions across hospitality, food and beverage, gaming operations, security, maintenance, and management.

The hiring coincides with the opening of Graton’s 144,000 sq. ft. smoke-free expansion, which includes a new casino floor, 221 additional hotel rooms, a resort-style swimming pool, and a 3,500-seat entertainment venue. New hires will also support several new dining concepts, including AYA, a rooftop restaurant; a sports bar; and a specialty doughnut and dessert shop.

The Graton benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, with many plans available at no cost to employees. Other benefits include dependent coverage, tuition reimbursement of up to $1,000 annually, legal and financial assistance for citizenship applications, quarterly guest-service bonuses of up to $1,000, and annual wage increases for both tipped and non-tipped positions.

To support the hiring effort, Graton Resort & Casino will host career fairs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 24, July 9, and July 21 at Tony’s of North Beach restaurant inside the resort, located at 288 Golf Course Drive West in Rohnert Park.
