YOUNGSTOWN, OH – Gasser Chair Company has appointed Denise Muir as Account Relations Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality and casino design work. Muir offers deep industry insight, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences to Gasser’s partners.
Muir joins Gasser following two decades with Marnell Companies, an iconic name in hospitality and the casino industry. As the senior designer on hundreds of complex projects – including restaurants, bars, hotel towers, banquet spaces, and full casino renovations – Muir handled every aspect of the creative process. From developing design brand concepts to specifications and construction management, she worked directly with client executives, and operations teams to bring vision-driven spaces to life.
“I was the senior designer for several projects throughout the years, so I learned how to manage everything from initial brand development to selecting and specifying all contractor finishes and all fixtures, furniture and equipment,” said Muir. “I love helping clients to realize and transform their ideas, even when they aren’t sure how to get started.”
Muir excelled in helping hospitality clients navigate complex decisions about design/brand, concept, and design intent, including developing custom carpet, custom furniture and custom lighting to fit the needs of both the client brand and client budget. Her years of experience and deep passion, collaborating with manufacturers, makes her a natural fit at Gasser, where product longevity and exceeding customer expectations are top priorities.
Muir’s role at Gasser will focus on building strong, lasting customer relationships. She’s serving as an advisor, creative partner, and on-the-ground resource for decision-makers in the hospitality and gaming industries.
