PORTERVILLE, CA – Eagle Mountain Casino’s annual team member holiday incentives featured gifts and prizes totaling over $300,000 in value. During the month of December, employees were treated to weekly drawings, catering, and door prizes. Gifts included $25-$350 Visa gift cards, and all team members received $50 gift certificates to Town and Country market and a free paid day off. There was also a “Festive Sweater Contest” and a slot tournament. Prizes included additional Visa gift cards, Walmart gift cards, a $1,000 Visa gift card, Apple Air Pods, tablets, laptops and 50’ TV’s. Local gift cards were also given away for a variety of establishments.
“Eagle Mountain Casino has over 620 team members right now – not employees, not staff, but team members, and I am proud to be a part of that team,” said Matthew Mingrone, General Manager at Eagle Mountain Casino. “Sixty team members have been there for at least 20 years. That’s unheard of. And it’s because of how the Tule River Tribe treats us as people – not as numbers, not as staff, but as people.”
The Porterville Chamber of Commerce recently awarded Eagle Mountain Casino 2022 “Large Business of the Year.”
