PHOENIX, AZ – Bettors in Arizona wagered over $323 million on sports in July of 2023, according to a new report by the Arizona Department of Gaming. This represents an 11.3% increase when compared to July of 2022. Sports betting has now surpassed $11 billion in total wagers placed since the inception of sports betting in 2021.
The state collected approximately $2.7 million in privilege fees in the month, an increase of 79% when compared to July of 2022.
