PHOENIX, AZ – Bettors in Arizona wagered approximately $611 million on sports and events in August of 2025, according to a new report by the Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG). This represents a 23% increase when compared to August of 2024. The numbers are self-reported by the operators, and as such, are subject to adjustments after audit and review by the Arizona Department of Gaming.
The state collected approximately $4.1 million in privilege fees in the month of August.
