SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Limited and Aristocrat Technologies announced they have entered into a patent license arrangement with Ainsworth Game Technology Limited in Australia. Under the patent license arrangement with Ainsworth, Aristocrat is granting a royalty bearing license to their gameplay patents including their Hold & Spin™ patent family in Australia.
In addition, Aristocrat has granted Ainsworth a royalty-free license to its responsible gaming patents. These inventions are directed to responsible gaming and safer play, digital wallet and account-based play technologies, configurable player limits, self-exclusion, and activity-based tools and player messaging including emerging AI-enabled approaches.
