ONAMIA, MN – Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV) has named Anne Defot-Sido as the new VP of Federal Growth Strategy. Defot-Sido’s hire aligns with the company’s strategic plan and organizational vision to enhance industry knowledge and develop long-term strategies that will help MLCV manage its investment in the federal sector.

Defot-Sido’s focus for driving strategic initiatives to grow revenue and expand market share will contribute directly to MLCV’s mission to improve the quality of life of Mille Lacs Band members and communities where it does business.
In her most recent role, she served as the Senior Director of Growth Strategy at Akima, where her key areas of focus included Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and business development. Her efforts led to an impressive double-digit improvement in win rate for the organization’s top deals. Defot-Sido also serves as the Secretary of the Board of the French Trade Advisor (Conseillers du Commerce Exterieur) for the Mid-Atlantic region.
