WHEATLAND, CA – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain will debut Haunted Hall, a new themed gaming area combining slot games with lighting, visual effects, sound and other atmospheric elements. A guest preview and soft opening is planned for early October, followed by a grand opening weekend Oct. 16–18.
“Haunted Hall represents another way we’re creating experiences at Hard Rock Sacramento that guests can’t find anywhere else in the region,” said Mark Birtha, President of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain. “We wanted to take the excitement of gaming and build an entire haunted atmosphere around it – something fun, unexpected, and highly memorable that guests will want to experience and share, beyond the Halloween season.”
The grand opening weekend will feature appearances by gaming influencer The Big Jackpot, guest experiences, livestream coverage, promotional giveaways and other events. An official ribbon-cutting is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 17 at 5 p.m.
Featured games in Haunted Hall will include Aristocrat’s Spooky Link Grand and Spooky Link; Aruze’s Horrorific! Monster Forest, Horrorific! Monster Lab, Devil Panda and Wicked Panda; AGS’ Frightful Fortunes and Ultra Werewolf Strike; Light & Wonder’s Cats, Hats N More Bats!; and Zitro’s Haunted Fortunes.
Designed to remain on the casino floor beyond the Halloween season, Haunted Hall combines spooky imagery with gaming and entertainment elements in a dedicated themed environment.
Hard Rock Sacramento will also host several Halloween-themed events throughout October, including Boots on the Ground: Spirits & Spurs Line Dancing on Oct. 10, Paint & Sip Fall Series on Oct. 11, Murder Mystery Dinner: Midnight at the Masquerade on Oct. 16 and Shadows & Spirits Halloween Crawl on Oct. 30.
