Seminole Hard Rock’s Tracy Bradford Receives Patty Becker Award

HOLLYWOOD, FL – Tracy Bradford, President of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, has been honored with the 2026 Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award by Global Gaming Women. The award was presented at the organization’s annual Kick Up Your Heels event in Las Vegas on September 30.

Named after pioneering gaming executive Patty Becker, the award recognizes Bradford’s exceptional commitment to mentorship, leadership development and advocacy for women in the gaming industry. Bradford is one of six recipients selected from a record number of nominations this year.

Bradford brings more than two decades of leadership experience to her role at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services. Since joining Seminole Gaming in 2005, she has advanced through the organization, currently overseeing all management and operations of Support Services, Customer Care and Aviation. Her career in gaming spans over 40 years, beginning in 1984 at Caesars Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in grand opening operations at multiple properties and has established best practices across purchasing, operations and administrative functions.
