LAWTON, OK – Apache Casino Hotel has opened the Apache Supper Club, a limited-time restaurant concept with a rotating menu built around a different global cuisine each week. The public is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, August 6, at 2:30 p.m. in the Summit Ballroom at Apache Casino Hotel. The restaurant opens for dinner service at 3:00 p.m. that day.

The Apache Supper Club will operate Thursday through Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Each week’s menu will focus on a different region or cuisine from around the world.

“The Apache Supper Club is about creating memorable experiences that extend far beyond the plate,” said Brian Gooden, General Manager of Apache Casino Hotel. “Our chefs have the opportunity to showcase creativity while giving our players and guests something they can’t find anywhere else. Every week brings a new destination, new flavors and a reason to come back.”

“As we continue investing in our property and expanding our dining offerings, the Apache Supper Club provides guests with a unique culinary destination while we prepare for the opening of Skydance Brewery. We are proud to continue creating memorable experiences that make Apache Casino Hotel a premier entertainment and hospitality destination in Southwest Oklahoma,” Gooden added.

The Apache Supper Club will operate as a limited-time concept until the opening of Skydance Brewery, a new restaurant and brewery under construction through a partnership with Native American-owned Skydance Brewing Co. Scheduled to open in early 2027, Skydance Brewery will include a full-service restaurant, production brewery, sports bar, quick-service grill, casino floor satellite bar, and a speakeasy lounge.

Guests at the ribbon cutting will also have the opportunity to meet Hunter Herrin, Apache Casino Hotel-sponsored brand ambassador and a professional tie-down roper currently ranked No. 18 in the 2026 Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) World Standings. Herrin will join casino leadership for the ceremony and sign autographs after the event.

“Lawton Rangers Rodeo week celebrates the rich western heritage of our community, and we are proud to welcome guests with a special appearance by Hunter Herrin as we introduce the Apache Supper Club,” said Gooden. “With the opening of this unique dining experience, and Gretchen Wilson’s concert taking place at Apache Casino Hotel later that evening, August 6 will be an exciting day that showcases the exceptional dining, gaming, entertainment and hospitality experiences our property offers.”
