NIAGARA FALLS, NY – Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is hosting an invitation-only dinner with Chef Darian Bryan, who recently won season five of the FOX cooking competition show “Next Level Chef.” The event will take place on Saturday, May 30 at 6:00pm.
“Chef Darian amazed his fellow competitors, the judges and millions of viewers with his story, his style and his masterful dishes, and we’re thrilled to offer some very lucky guests this one-of-a-kind experience,” said Steve McCarthy, Vice President of Operations at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino.
Guests can earn an invitation to the event by accumulating 50 points on their Social Club by Seneca loyalty card while gaming at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino between now and Friday, May 29. At the event, eight winners will be selected to sit at the Chef’s Table, where they can watch Bryan cook up close. Five additional winners will receive a private group dining experience at Bryan’s dining venue, The Plating Society, in Buffalo’s Larkinville District.
A native of Jamaica, Bryan relocated to Buffalo at age 20. He currently operates three dining concepts in Larkinville: private dining at The Plating Society, a fast-casual Jamaican lunch menu at The Jerk Hut, and Jamaican-fusion dining at Bratts Hill by Chef Darian. He plans to open another Larkinville restaurant, Reserve Steakhouse, this summer. Bryan and his work have been featured on the Food Network, CBS News, ESPN, and in local, national, and international media outlets.
