TULSA, OK – Randall Burke, Executive Director of Skyway Range, has been named CEO of the Osage LLC. Burke steps into the position previously held by Russell Goff, who has led Osage LLC as CEO for the past five years. Goff will transition into a new role as Senior Advisor to the Osage LLC Board of Directors. Skyway Range is a subsidiary of Osage LLC, a wholly owned company and economic engine of the Osage Nation.
Over the past five years, Goff has guided Osage LLC through a period of significant expansion, strengthening the company’s capacity, expanding its strategic advantages and delivering four consecutive years of profitability and dividends to the Osage Nation. Under his leadership, the company also achieved a more than 300% increase in total assets.
“Serving as CEO of Osage LLC has been one of the greatest honors of my career,” said Goff. “I am incredibly proud of the team we have built and the momentum we have created in service to the Osage Nation. I look forward to continuing to support the Board and leadership team in this next chapter and am confident that Osage LLC’s best days are ahead.”
New CEO Randall Burke brings decades of experience in advanced mobility, aerospace innovation, and strategic operations. Named Executive Director of Skyway Range, a business unit of Osage LLC, in 2024, he has played a key role in positioning the organization as a national leader in unmanned aerial systems and emerging technologies. Burke is an Air Force veteran, a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation and a member of the Chickasaw Warrior Society.

Burke has more than 36 years of aviation and program experience. Prior to joining Osage LLC and Skyway Range, he served as an executive with the FAA. Prior to the FAA, he was the VP of Operations and Accountable Manager for Aircraft Propeller Service. He also served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 26 years, reaching the rank of Colonel.
