INDIO, CA – Fantasy Springs Resort Casino has opened Kahvée, a new coffee venue located in the space previously occupied by Starbucks for nearly 20 years.
Central to Kahvée’s menu is a partnership with Coachella Valley Coffee, a local roastery that produces small-batch beans and sources from women-owned farms certified as Organic and Rainforest Alliance. The collaboration emphasizes sustainability and craftsmanship while highlighting a business based in the Coachella Valley.
The menu at Kahvée includes a range of breakfast items and baked goods such as egg bagel sandwiches, croissants, scones, and muffins. Beverage options span traditional espresso drinks, cappuccinos, and lattes, as well as seasonal flavors, iced teas, matcha, Boba drinks, and Italian sodas.
