MASHANTUCKET, CT – Foxwoods Resort Casino is opening a new poker room, marking the latest phase in the property’s poker offerings. Foxwoods was home to one of the first poker rooms in the country and has long been a prominent destination for the game. The new room continues that tradition, providing expanded space and updated features for players.
The grand opening celebration will begin on September 9 at 10:30am with a ceremony and room unveiling, followed by live dealing starting at 11:00am. Throughout the day, excitement climbs with the $25,000 Hot Seat Giveaway running from noon to 10:00pm. Players can win $1,000 every 30 minutes throughout the day, with a finale drawing of $5,000 at 10:00pm.

The new poker room is located within the Fox Tower, offering a modern gaming environment with access to dining, nightlife, and parking. As part of Foxwoods’ recently renovated hotel, the room was designed with both comfort and convenience in mind. Features include automated sign-up kiosks for quicker seating, 37 high-definition TVs for live sports and poker, and nearby DraftKings Sportsbook kiosks.

The Poker Room operates Sunday through Thursday from 8:00am to 2:00am, and Friday through Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00am.
