With over 14,000 square feet of meeting space The Mill has the right combination of facilities for conferences and meetings.
The newly expanded Salmon Room offers more than 6,800 square feet of meeting and banquet space with seating for up to 850 guests. The room can be divided into two smaller sections to accommodate a variety of functions.
Right next door, five new meeting rooms along with two pre-function areas are now available on the second floor of the tower at The Mill Hotel. Arranged in various combinations, the new rooms can accommodate meetings for 20, banquets for 120, and everything in between.
Meeting facilities at The Mill include state-of-the-art audio and video systems and free WiFi and broadband connectivity designed to enliven any presentation. Incorporating the latest in light and sound design, the Salmon Room offers a variety of lighting combinations to set any mood while its acoustical design allows speakers to be heard with or without the first-class sound system.

Event planners can choose from breakfast and lunch offerings that cover a full range of options highlighted by pastries and treats from The Mill's gourmet bakery. Gracious dinner service features Northwest cuisine and catch-of-the-day specialties. Top-notch chefs are ready to prepare an exquisite selection of hors d'oeuvres, while The Mill's beverage service will be happy to select the perfect wines to complement menu selections or staff a hosted or no-host bar for events.
In addition to its standard meeting facilities, The Mill Hotel offers a seventh-floor corporate suite, The Coquille Room, equipped for those special executive retreats and idea sessions. The Saw Blade Buffet provides privacy for breakfast and lunch meetings with buffet or plated meals and bar service for up to 100 guests.
