Whether hosting banquets, conventions, meetings, trade shows, receptions or seminars, Mystic Lake Casino Hotel offers the space, service and luxury required. From small meeting rooms to spacious auditoriums, Mystic Lake is the perfect size for almost any event.
The Grand Ballroom can accommodate a total of 750 guests in theatre seating, 350 guests in classroom seating, and 500 guests in banquet seating. The Grand Ballroom is also divisible into two separate ballrooms that measure 4,560 and 3,572 sq. ft. The Dakota Ballroom is divisible into seven meeting rooms totaling 4,416 sq. ft. of meeting space. Six additional meeting rooms are also available, ranging in size from 796 to 1,241 sq. ft.
Mystic Lake Casino Hotel provides all the services to enhance events, such as high-speed T-1 Internet connections available in all meeting rooms; an extensive selection of cutting-edge audio and visual equipment with on-site technicians; laptop and PC rentals; and complimentary podium and standard microphones for each meeting room.
Other amenities include an entertainment-booking department on site; specialty theme and custom designed menus for all occasions and tastes; experienced wedding planners and special events coordinators; and award-winning chefs and an on-site bakery.
Just up the road from Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is the Playworks Link Event Center, which offers four rooms for meetings and events totaling 3,046 sq. ft. of space. Guests can choose any combination of the four meeting rooms, Turtle, Buffalo, Bear Cub, and Fawn, or adjoin all four rooms for the Big Eagle combination.
The Link Event Center offers a variety of audio and visual equipment, such as a 32-inch television monitor, overhead projector and standard microphone. Dining options include Family Fun Banquets, Homestyle Banquet Buffets, and a
variety of beverages and desserts.
