Meeting Facility Overview
The Convention Center at Chip In's Island Resort & Casino is a popular site for a wide variety of business, organizational and social events. Since its inception it has been a highly sought after location for local, state and regional governmental and non-governmental conferences and tradeshows. Social events, such as wedding receptions, Chambers of Commerce functions, pageants and club functions keep the center's calendar filled.
The 6,600 sq. ft. center can be arranged to the client's desires with half or full rectangular tables set for business functions or round tables for social functions. Each provides seating for up to 350. Auditorium style seating will easily accommodate 450. A wide variety of table coverings and decor is available and lighting can be selected to fit the event and desired atmosphere.
The center can be set up with four breakout rooms and state-of-the-art audio and video equipment is available to highlight any presentation. All functions can be catered with an award-winning Culinary Institute of America-trained chef providing the finest in meals. The catering staff takes pride in ensuring the smallest detail is not overlooked.
The casino, also located within the same impressive complex, offers the finest in gaming enjoyment with all the popular slot and table games plus keno and bingo. The Island Lounge features live entertainment four nights a week plus comedians on Sunday evenings. The Island Showroom features headline entertainers twice monthly.
