Meeting Facility Overview
Prairie Band Casino & Resort's Convention Center offers 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting space suited to most any occasion. With ballroom space ready to accommodate larger functions and boardroom space for smaller business meetings, this facility presents guests with a variety of options.
The 12,000 sq. ft. Great Lakes Ballroom offers guests many choices for meetings, seminars, conventions, banquets,
weddings and receptions. Housed within the Great Lakes Ballroom are the Council Bluff, Chicago, Green Bay and Prairie du Chien rooms that offer a combined space of 4,000 sq. ft. or 1,000 sq. ft. each. The Sturgeon Bay and St. Lawrence rooms yield 8,000 sq. ft. when they're combined or 4,000 sq. ft. separately. For the convenience of a small meeting, the Algonquin Boardroom bears a uniquely shaped trapezoid board table that can accommodate up to 16 guests. Teleconferencing capabilities are also provided.
The meeting rooms can be configured in a variety of arrangements, including theater style, classroom style, conference style, banquet style or standing reception. Depending on the size and layout of the room, the facility can accommodate from as few as 16 to as many as 750 guests. State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment is available to handle conference needs. The property also offers full banquet, catering and beverage services with menu options ranging from continental breakfasts to plated dinners, appetizers and desserts.
The recently expanded hotel includes 297 rooms with the hotel tower surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard. Hotel amenities include Internet access, two hot tubs, one with a cascading waterfall, and room service. A variety of restaurant options is available catering to a wide range of tastes. Attendees can also play more than 1,220 slot machines and a variety of table games.
