Meeting Facility Overview
Turning Stone Resort and Casino offers the most comprehensive meeting services and facilities in Central New York. Altogether, the resort has nearly 100,000 sq. ft. of meeting space with flexible room configurations including the Event Center, Hotel Conference Center, and the Clubhouse at Shenendoah.
The Event Center houses a large main arena for trade shows, as well as meeting and conference rooms for breakout sessions or smaller gatherings. The Event Center features a 29,380 sq. ft. event floor; approximately 5,800 sq. ft. of meeting and conference space in three main rooms off the event floor; and seven boardroom-style meeting rooms, up to approximately 900 sq. ft., each with windows and all with direct access to the Event Center.
Another Event Center feature is the spacious corridor looping around the event floor, providing more than 19,000 sq. ft. for pre-function needs. The Event Center also provides an in-house public address system for the event floor and individual meeting room as well as full in-house audio and visual services, including teleconferencing, high-speed Internet and telecommunications ports.
The Hotel Conference Center houses ten separate rooms ranging from 499 to 11,464 sq. ft. Many of these rooms can be combined to accommodate large gatherings, as well. The Clubhouse at Shenendoah offers three meeting rooms, ranging from 1,830 to 2,221 sq. ft., that can also be combined for larger groups.
Other amenities at Turning Stone include 279 hotel rooms available on-site for overnight functions; banquet facilities including a back-of-the-house banquet kitchen, central kitchen and food warehouse, capable of handling banquets for up to 3,000 people; and multiple back-of-the-house dressing rooms, storage and setup areas. The facilities at Turning Stone also provide an experienced staff and pre-conference planning and assistance is available, as well.
